It's so awesome that you have that wig and those glasses downstairs in the basement.
On my second viewing, it's clear that this film is a biting satirical allegory condemning the US invasion of Iraq, following the end of the Cold War hostilities between communist and capitalist world powers. Especially the part where the businessmen get pies thrown in their faces.
